Tasked with delivering a special brew from his father's brewery to the druids dwelling in Wolfspack, he embarked on what was to become the journey of a lifetime. Freki was not alone for long. His travels soon converged with the troubled path of a young halfling woman in search of passage south, whose cunning soon proved essential. Along with a stalwart hired soldier, their group found camaraderie in the bustling heart of the Earldom of Wingstone, where festival songs filled the air and competitions beckoned those who sought glory or gold. Here, amidst laughter and cheers, they tussled with contests of strength and wits, finding fortune as much in their courage as in their wagers. As days turned to nights and roads stretched beyond each horizon, more companions joined their voyage, drawn by tales of adventure unfolding on the trade winds. Among these new allies was another warrior whose resilience would rival even the most hardened mercenary. Together, they journeyed beyond Terraguard's embrace, their path winding through the Bronda Hills—a land whispering secrets of ancient battles and regal spirits.
