• Track usage for billing and plan enforcement
• Process payments via Stripe
• Send important service notifications
• Improve our service quality

3. Audio Data

Audio files are uploaded to secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and processed for transcription. Audio files are retained only as long as needed for processing and are associated with your campaign data. You can delete audio files by resetting a session.

4. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, row-level security policies, and secure API authentication to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

Your campaign data, transcripts, and generated content are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual sessions, campaigns, or your entire account at any time.
