Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tabletop Arc (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Tabletop Arc provides audio transcription, content generation, and campaign management tools for tabletop role-playing game groups. The service processes uploaded audio files to generate transcripts, episode recaps, and campaign wiki content.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Free Plan: $0/month — 30 audio minutes, 30 AI credits, 10 image credits, and 1 GB storage per month. No credit card required.
  • Pro Plan: $9/month — 300 audio minutes, 400 AI credits, 80 image credits, and 10 GB storage. Billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Legend Plan: $19/month — 1,200 audio minutes, 1,500 AI credits, 300 image credits, and 50 GB storage, plus priority AI queue and premium exports. Billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Resource packs: Available to Pro and Legend subscribers only. One-time purchases of additional audio minutes, AI credits, image credits, or storage. Purchased pack balances persist until used and survive cancellation.

Monthly allowances are tracked per account, not per campaign, and reset each billing cycle. Monthly allowances are hard caps — processing stops when a monthly allowance is exhausted unless you have a purchased resource pack. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over; purchased packs do.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. Paid features stop, but your data and any purchased resource-pack balances are retained and become usable again if you re-subscribe.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all audio files you upload and all content generated from your audio. You grant Tabletop Arc a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing mechanisms
  • Use the Service for automated or bulk processing outside normal use
  • Share account credentials or subscription benefits with third parties

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Tabletop Arc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
