Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tabletop Arc (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Tabletop Arc provides audio transcription, content generation, and campaign management tools for tabletop role-playing game groups. The service processes uploaded audio files to generate transcripts, episode recaps, and campaign wiki content.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Free Plan: 30 minutes of audio processing per month. No credit card required.
  • $1 Pro Trial: 180 minutes over 14 days. Requires a credit card. Automatically converts to Pro ($19/month) at the end of the trial period unless canceled.
  • Pro Plan: $19/month for 600 minutes of audio processing. Billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Add-ons: Available to Pro subscribers only. +300 minutes for $5 or +1000 minutes for $15. One-time purchase. Minutes expire at the end of the current billing cycle with no rollover.

Minutes are tracked per account, not per campaign. Usage limits are hard caps — processing stops when minutes are exhausted. Unused minutes do not roll over.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. Pro features and add-on minutes do not carry over after cancellation.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all audio files you upload and all content generated from your audio. You grant Tabletop Arc a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing mechanisms
  • Use the Service for automated or bulk processing outside normal use
  • Share account credentials or subscription benefits with third parties

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Tabletop Arc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
